What are Westfall Generosity Cohorts?

If you’re like most non-leaders, you are running hard and fast! There is very little time to be strategic and usually no places or people to process the constant challenges and stresses you face while leading your division or department. Exhaustion, frustration, neglect, isolated, and burn-out are just a few of the guaranteed outcomes experienced by leaders who do not intentionally invest in their personal growth and professional development.

Cohorts are a 6 (or 9 month) journey framed with transformative elements such as retreats, peer-support, trainings, experiential learning, coaching, mentoring, projects and more. Groups of 8-10 leaders gather to form a transformative leadership community opening up opportunity to support, learn and grow from one another in ways rarely found in the non-profit sector.
