Finding your Quadrant Flow
Healthy leaders align who they are with what they do.
HEART, SOUL, MIND, STRENGTH™
These are the 4 core ingredients that make us human. Which one of these is your home base and how do you flow through the quadrants? Discover your greatest potential and contributions and better understand those around you. Deep within the human capacity to find meaning and significance in our lives. No one has to teach us this—it’s instinctive. Use our free assessment tool to begin helping you uncover your Quadrant Flow™
Learn & Grow
Take the Quadrant Flow assessment to recover your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quadrants. After the evaluation, spend some time reading chapter three in The Human Operating System: Recovering the Heart and Soul of Your Leadership. Learn about the various starter types and flow expressions for each.
2. Explore & Discuss
With your assessment results on hand, explore and expand them with the following questions:
Q. Starting Quadrant: What are the greatest contributions and greatest weaknesses you bring into your leadership as a result of your starting quadrant?
Q: Flow: How does the order and flow of your quadrants align with how you would describe yourself?
Q. Last or Lost Quadrant: How is the lack or deficit of your lowest quadrant (4th) impacting your leadership at work or home?
3. Integrate & Explore
Knowing yourself is the first step to strengthening or improving yourself. What would it take for you to own your natural starting block and live with confidence from that position? By this point, you likely feel an affinity with one or two of the quadrants we’ve described. Maybe equally valuable, one or two other quadrants feel foreign to you. Life is largely about learning to see yourself deeply and honestly, leading from the fullness of your quadrant capacities and drawing others around you to complement your gifts with theirs.
Q: What are three things you can do to strengthen your 1st quadrant contributions?
Q: How can Quadrant Flow help you with your personal and professional life?
4. Apply & Practice
