Facing the Future
Every leader carries anxiety about the future. Sometimes, that anxiety becomes so intense that it is common for a leader to become obsessive and willful about controlling the future instead of trusting wisdom and discernment.
In this module you will learn about the difference between Power and Force. Some leaders may become aggressive, angry, jealous, and paranoid in response to the growing power and influence of those around them. Others may instead rely upon their own authentic power and the collaborative power of a team, in ways that build trust and determination to accomplish great things

With your leadership challenge in focus and a plan in place, a leader must be able to identify and access their talents, strengths, and unique abilities.
Q: What talents, strengths, and unique abilities do you bring to your leadership challenge? How will you draw upon your talent and experience to meet your challenge?
