Leadership Generosity Cohorts

A powerful 3 month cohort with 10-12 nonprofit leaders combining personal and professional growth with strategic generosity and donor development.

Most non-profit leaders feel overwhelmed and exhausted attempting to do great things with very little resources.

While a significant portion of donations are directed towards supporting non-profit programs and tackling the challenges faced by a city, the dedicated leaders behind these initiatives are often neglected, resulting in exhaustion, limited resources, and an increased risk of burnout.

Thrivent Cohorts help address this issue for both the leader and the organization in ways that stand out and make a difference.

What are Thrivent Leadership Generosity Cohorts?

If you’re like most non-leaders, you are running hard and fast! There is very little time to be strategic and usually no places or people to process the constant challenges and stresses you face while leading your division or department. Exhaustion, frustration, neglect, isolated, and burn-out are just a few of the guaranteed outcomes experienced by leaders who do not intentionally invest in their personal growth and professional development.

The greatest need in our culture today is for high-capacity leaders to become transformational in their work.

We started Thrivent Leadership Generosity Cohorts to unlock the Heart, Soul, Mind and Strength™ of your life and leadership with a community of like-minded leaders to help you refuel in ways that can break through into bold new levels of growth.

Cohorts are a three-month journey framed with transformative elements such as opening and closing retreats, peer-support, experiential learning, coaching, mentoring, trainings, projects and more. Groups of 10-12 leaders gather to form a transformative leadership community opening up opportunity to support, learn and grow from one another in ways rarely found in the non-profit sector.
