The greatest need in our culture today is for high-capacity leaders to become transformational in their work. The Transformative Leadership Cohorts are an authentic experience of community that is structured to help leaders find the convergence where calling and need, design and destiny meet.

Format: Transformative Leader Cohorts and 3-4 Months include and in-person opening and closing retreat with a guided middle bridge. The retreats are powerfully engaging and experiential.

  • Dr. Rob Murray

    CEO

    Hailing from South Africa, Rob is the CEO and co-founder of Transformed Leader helping mission-driven organizations and leaders overcome their greatest challenges. He uses experiential and transformative learning processes to guide frustrated, depleted, and fragmented leaders into new levels of growth.

  • Jack Nicholson

    CSO

    Jack has helped growing organizations navigate the human side of executive leadership specializing in equipping executives in the core competencies of effective leadership, including leading constructive change, transforming organizational conflict, building relationships of trust, and releasing creativity and innovation.

  • Troy Murphy

    SC

    Troy has worked in a wide range of organizations and non-profits over the thirty years, teaching transformative principles for leaders, teams, and organizations. Troy was the Chaplain for the Green Bay Packers for 10 years during during which time he mentored and coached professional athletes. He is currently completing a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership focusing specifically on city transformation.
