These groups bring together leaders facing similar challenges and responsibilities to meet twice a month tops unlock advice, encouragement, accountability, and connection. In our "think smarter, work harder" world, we can be left feeling lonely and wanting more from ourselves and those around us.

Dr. Rob Murray
Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, Rob moved to the United States in 2002 and over the last twenty years, he has worked at the intersection of Business Leadership, Faith, and Social Justice. This journey led him to complete a master’s degree in social & civic entrepreneurship, and a doctorate of transformational leadership.
As a co-founder and CEO of Transformed Leader, Rob fosters a deep passion for developing transformative resources and approaches that systemically help coaches, leaders, and teams engage deep change strategies, both personally and professionally for themselves and those they serve. Ronnie Frizzell
Ronnie has facilitated and coached leaders to greater clarity and impact for almost 15 years. He has led in the non-profit and for-profit space, giving him an understanding of how to bring order to the chaos leading leaders to life full of frenetic activity and lacking in meaning. Having facilitated group-coaching experiences with hundreds of successful small-business owners over the last 6 years, Ronnie knows how to help leverage the collective intelligence of a group to help a leader get from where they are to where they want to be.
As the leader of a growing business, Ronnie understands the necessity to grow personally in congruence with increasing professional demands. His passion is curating a safe space for a leader to tell the truth, gain perspective, and act on a plan so they can live and lead with deeper meaning, connection, clarity, and impact. Ronnie and his wife, Erin, live in Thompson’s Station, TN with their two young children.
