All leaders believe their emotional health is vital for a meaningful life and strong leadership, but very few do anything intentional about it. What if you we could help deepen the way you live, love, and lead?
Do something Intentional.
Have you grown accustomed to leading with your feelings on life-support, then trying to resuscitate them just before you walk through the door at the end of the day to greet your family? Then maybe we can agree that it’s not working anymore. Maybe it never really was. We can survive such dissociation for a while, but eventually, our hearts rebel. Either that or our hearts simply fade away and start to wither.
Most people are tired and disconnected from the life they are living and they don’t know what to do about it. Like many of us, I learned to reject, numb, and hide my heart at a young age. As a result, I grew into an adult with no idea how to recognize or access my emotions in any productive way.
At this point, we simply can’t afford to keep moving forward without one of our greatest assets: our feelings. We have to slow down long enough to catch up with ourselves, to reintegrate, and to try this thing a different way—the way we were meant to live—wholeheartedly.
The next frontier of great leaders are those who have learned to harness the power of their hearts. Are you coming?

Dr. Rob Murray offers a limited amount groups he personally runs.
Fighting for Heart Groups offer a confidential, trusted community and a practical roadmap for recovering your heart. You will learn how to give voice to what is happening inside of you, integrating your head (IQ) with your heart (EQ) to invit deeper connection with yourself and others.
Everyone needs a place to learn how to find the words to express how they feel, say them out loud, and know that they were heard.
For years now, we have been facilitating groups where six or eight leaders show up each week—in person or online—to practice identifying their feelings and to say them out loud so they know they have been heard. The qualitative and quantitative results have been astounding, both on personal and professional fronts. Whether you are interested in this work for yourself or someone your know, you will not find a more approachable and accessible path for living, loving, and leading with more heart.

Research About our EQ Groups
Among those who have decided Fight for Heart, we found three key motivations from our research:
They recognized emotional disconnection and wanted more for themselves and their core relationships. This usually gets flushed to the surface by some kind of painful situation.
They wanted a safe place to connect, emote, belong, and be supported in this kind of growth. Nothing is more central to the human condition than the need to belong.
They were invited by a trusted friend, counselor, or group facilitator and said yes. Opportunities mean nothing until we decide to accept them.
And now, for the resistances or excuses that kept people from investing in their emotional growth:
Self-protection against social shame, pressure, or judgments for being “emotional.”
Holding a belief that leaders should not be distracted by emotions.
Avoiding emotions feels easier, safer, and more manageable.
Lack of emotional modeling growing up.
Ignorance of any other way than performing and producing.
Not justifying the time and money to prioritize emotional development.
